Our Work

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, we’re here to help with helmet selection, sizing, spares and accessories, and, of course, making you look the dogs danglies on track.

We’re a small business specialising in custom helmet design and paintwork. We love what we do, and getting to know our customers is a big part of that. Quite a few have become friends, and that’s how we like it.

Our approach is personal: straightforward advice to help you make an informed choice about your safety gear, quality work and a fair price. Whether you’re choosing your first helmet or planning your next custom design, we want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident coming back for round two.

  • Initial Contact

Hey up (that’s how I answer the phone).

We have a chat about your requirements, helmet choice and sizing, and whether you’re buying from us or already have the lid. We talk about your design likes and dislikes, and, if you’re willing, we formulate a plan. No hard sell, no pressure—just a good old chin-wag.

  • Design

Once we’ve dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s, and you’re happy to proceed, we collect all the information we’ve gleaned from you and set about the design process. All our designs are digitally drawn in vector format—no AI slop here, my friend, just years of design experience. The only time we use AI is to render a realistic helmet at the end, in conjunction with our hand-drawn blueprint, just to give you an overall idea of how it will look in real life.

  • The cool bit

Once the design and costs are approved, the helmet goes into prep. Depending on the complexity and time of year, you can expect your new lid to take 4 to 8 weeks to be painted. Once finished, you can either pick it up from the workshop, or we can arrange shipment anywhere in the world.
